為解決傳統大體積透析，其透析膜太長與體積太大以至於需要大體積的透析桶與大量的透析液搭配磁力攪拌的缺點，Spectrum公司用管柱將透析袋局限在密閉式空間，並利用蠕動幫浦帶動透析液做動態性透析，藉此解決傳統大體積透析需要大透析桶的空間與耗時性!

專為量產級透析設計之動態透析系統，搭配蠕動幫浦更換透析液，可加速透析效率、免去手動倒掉透析液或將透析袋撈出換透析桶等動作，若搭配高階數位蠕動幫浦，可變速、定時啟動與停止；採全封閉管柱並可串連透析或單管置入兩個透析袋，因此可處理較長型或較大量的樣品。
