為因應各種實驗需求，Thomson公司設計出高氣密度SINGLE step 層析管柱 (column)完全屬於客製化，可自由充填任何種類的resin到管柱內。不受column大小限制，該column的大小設計範圍非常廣，10ml – 650ml。此column廣受歡迎的原因是承受之壓力高達200psi，不只能夠做簡單純化試驗，甚至可進行LPLC以上的試驗。更大的好處為此column適合在各種機器上使用，如: Single step pump, biotage machine, Isco 16 channel。

 

 

1. 氣密度高，比一般管柱長，可提升實驗穩定度，如：Resolution 等等

2. 適用範圍廣，FPLC/LPLC/MPLC/purification

3. 大小選擇多，10 ml -650 ml，不會受到大小限制

4. 操作方便、客製化，可自行填充resin

5. 與玻璃管柱媲美，可承受壓力範圍高達200 psi (14 bar)

6. 對純化機器沒有選擇性，可接到single step pump, biotage machine 與Isco 16 channel

7. 可以重複使用，購買Head Space frits 即可
